1. We hate giving Google money. Especially when it's not driving clear results. That's why we actively manage our campaigns based on the dispatch board. If your Dispatch board is full, we save budget for a slow day and vice-versa.
2. You can cancel anytime. We let our work speak for itself and don't believe in holding you hostage under a cancellation policy. We doubt you'll cancel, but if you do we pause immediately and pass things off.
3. You own your campaign. We've seen agencies hold ad accounts from their clients come time to part ways. If you want another agency to manage your ads or even manage them yourself, we pass things off to you. No problem!
